The Housing Department is requesting that all Tribal Members update information for their housing client file. We are requesting current income verification; this is all earned and unearned income from a job or from any public assistance program like AFDC, social security, etc. In addition, copies of social security cards for everyone in the household will be needed. If you have already turned these in, only submit a copy of any new additions to the household. If you have had any changes in living conditions such as overcrowding, substandard housing, or even improved living conditions, please contact us for a new housing application, as this will affect your point score and placement on the waiting lists. Applications with out-of-date information will be considered inactive and may be taken off the program waiting lists. Thank you for your participation in our efforts to keep our files current.
