California Communities Mental Health Services Survey

Don’t miss out on our chance to be heard and counted!
 
NORC at the University of Chicago is conducting a survey sponsored by the California Department of Public Health and is seeking American Indian Alaska Native (AIAN) California residents 18 and up to participate. The purpose of this survey is to learn about Californian’s thoughts and feelings toward mental health and the services provided in California to better support people experiencing mental health challenges. The information will be used to improve services and policies throughout California.
 
How do I participate?
Sign-up to participate in the survey at CaliforniaMentalHealthSurvey.norc.org.
 
Why participate?
Your input matters! Your opinion about mental health and services available can shape policy and priorities to better support those experiencing mental health challenges. Those who complete the survey will also receive a gift card for their time.
 
How long will it take?
Completing the survey should take no more than 20 minutes.
 
What about privacy?
We do not collect personally identifying information in this survey. Your personally-identifying information can never be shared with law enforcement or Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). The data we collect from you will be combined with data from other participants. Throughout the survey, you can skip questions or stop at any time.
