A Name for Ship Ashore and Salmon Harbor at Xaa-wan’-k’wvt

A Name for Ship Ashore and Salmon Harbor at Xaa-wan’-k’wvt

by TDN Admin / Friday, 20 January 2017 / Published in Tribal News

The names of Ship Ashore and Salmon Harbor are being returned to Xaa-wan’-k’wvt. The Nation is seeking suggestions to complete the title for the property. The name of the property would include concepts for a business that includes boating, RVs, food, fishing, culture or an overnight stay. What do you think would be a great name for the property reflecting overall uses of the property including resort, port, village or harbor? What is a good key-word that would pop up on search engines for a traveler coming into town on vacation?

Call or send your ideas or preferences to Debbie Boardman at 707-487-9255 ext. 1224 or debbie.boardman@tolowa.com or complete our online survey at https://www.tolowa-nsn.gov/members/
