Announcement:
Community & Family Services will be offering online assistance with “Indian Trust Settlement” claim filing. We will assist with getting your claim information into the system. The latest dead-line is March 1, 2013.

This does not guarantee that you qualify for monies. We will assist filing the claim in the event that you have settlement monies you are unaware of. Once the online forms are filed, it will then be your responsibility to track the status of your claim. You can do this by retaining your claim & control numbers and calling the toll free number provided when you receive your claim receipt.

You may be a part of this Settlement with certain rights in this Settlement if you are an:

•  Individual Indian Money (“IIM”) account holder (even if the account is currently not active or open),

•  Individual Indian who has or had an ownership interest in land held in trust or in restricted status,

•  Heir to a deceased IIM account holder or individual land-owner.
