Opportunity to comment on the proposed re-designation of the Tolowa health care service delivery area
On Friday, March 31, 2017 the Department of Health and Human Services, Indian Health Service published a Notice to Propose the Re-Designation of the Service Delivery Area for the Tolowa Dee-ni’ Nation in Federal Register /Vol. 82, No. 61.
The Tribe is asking for support, from individuals and organizations on the proposed re-designation of the Purchased Referred Care (PRC) Service Delivery Area (SDA), formerly known as Contract Health Service Delivery Area (CHSDA). The re-designation has the potential to positively affect our tribal citizens living in Curry County, Oregon.
For reference please find attached a template letter of support that details the importance of the re-designation and the Federal Register notice that details the re-designation.
