It is the mission of this Department to support creativity and innovation in identifying and addressing the identified needs of the Smith River Rancheria and identifying suitable areas for seeking grant funds. It is important to emphasize the need for adequate planning and quality control in all activities relating to administering grants that involve the resources and personnel of the Smith River Rancheria.
